Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to manufacturing operations leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business units
- Monitor financial performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management stakeholders
- Facilitate business reviews and financial strategy sessions with department heads
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a business partnering role
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial sector finance is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Expert knowledge of financial analysis, variance analysis, and KPI development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
