Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders across the FMCG/Retail or Beauty division
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and investment proposals
- Drive financial discipline and ensure alignment with company financial policies and procedures
- Identify and analyze business trends, risks, and opportunities within the FMCG/Retail or Beauty sector
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and provide financial guidance throughout the process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a business partner role
- Proven experience in the FMCG, Retail, or Beauty industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect financial analysis to business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
