- Partner with Business Units: Collaborate closely with operational leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and financial needs to provide tailored financial support.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports, including variance analysis, to monitor performance against targets and identify key drivers.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support major business decisions, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and data management.
- Cost Management: Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is highly required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is a strong advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Energy or Utilities sector is a plus.
