Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to align with organizational strategic goals.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to provide financial guidance and monitor budgetary performance.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term business planning and scenario analysis.
- Utilize big data tools to synthesize large-scale financial datasets into clear, concise executive reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes.
- Support management in strategic decision-making through high-level financial insights and ad-hoc analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets (Big Data experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) or working towards one is highly advantageous.
