Global Process Manager Inc. is a leader in business process excellence, and we are looking for a Finance Business Process Associate to join our Manila City team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, driving efficiency improvements across financial workflows. You will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions that enhance accuracy and speed.
In collaboration with finance leaders, IT, and business units, you will support the design and implementation of process changes, from requirements gathering through testing and rollout. Day-to-day activities include documenting standard operating procedures, assisting with month-end close improvements, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document current financial processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
- Develop and implement process improvement recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Design and maintain process documentation, procedures, and policies.
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and testing related to finance applications.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to finance team members on updated processes and tools.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, business process, or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
