In this role, you will play a critical role in managing tenant revenue and ensuring financial integrity. You will be responsible for monitoring incoming revenue streams, preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and conducting thorough monthly reconciliations. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for confirming tenant activities and events, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of accuracy and contribute to the smooth operation of our finance department.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily tenant revenue and cash flow accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct tenant revenue audits and confirm event-related financial activities.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a cashiering or finance role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1/Sarjana).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
