Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit statutory financial reports ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide financial guidance
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and KPIs, reporting variances
- Streamline financial control processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory examinations
- Document financial policies and procedures for operational clarity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or accounting role
- Expertise in Indonesian statutory reporting and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (SAP Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP standards
