Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses for senior management
- Implement and enhance internal controls to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights
- Support audits and financial reviews by preparing documentation and evidence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or control functions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
