We are seeking a meticulous Finance Control Specialist to join our dynamic finance team at PT Delonix Group Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will ensure financial integrity through comprehensive data reconciliation processes, monitor revenue streams to guarantee accuracy and compliance, and generate insightful platform reports that drive strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify discrepancies, implement robust financial controls, and optimize reporting systems. As a key member of our finance department, you'll maintain strict adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and internal policies while supporting month-end closing processes. Your contributions will help streamline financial operations, enhance data accuracy, and provide stakeholders with reliable financial intelligence for informed business decisions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial data reconciliation across multiple platforms
- Monitor revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Generate and analyze comprehensive financial reports for management review
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies through systematic investigation
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and treasury teams for financial alignment
- Support audit preparations and documentation requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance control or accounting role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in revenue recognition and financial reporting
- Certification (e.g., AKTA, Brevet A/B) is advantageous
