In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and ensuring that our financial processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with the finance management team to provide insights that drive our business decisions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and financial compliance regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for correctness.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding financial queries and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance control or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Available for Contract employment (Kontrak).
