- Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all daily financial activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and create monthly forecasts to track performance.
- Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth areas.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Controller or Senior Accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Certifications: CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
