Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions
- Manage credit control operations to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities and financial institutions
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and capital expenditure projects
- Mentor finance staff and implement continuous improvement in financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 8 years in finance controller roles within multinational corporations
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder communication
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin beneficial
