Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial controllership functions including technical accounting under PFRS
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic business decisions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable operations for optimal cash flow
- Direct treasury functions including liquidity management and risk assessment
- Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence to Philippine standards
- Implement robust internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with minimum 5 years in finance leadership role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
- Proven experience in FP&A, AR/AP operations, treasury, and tax
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in tech or fast-paced industry preferred
