Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide comprehensive variance analysis to executive management.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations, local laws, and financial audit requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Analyze cost structures and profitability to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth and timely audit processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Finance Controller or Financial Manager role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
