As the Finance Controlling Manager, you will oversee the entire cost management cycle, implement robust internal controls, and streamline financial processes within our dynamic organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost-control strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes while monitoring variances against actual performance.
- Establish and maintain rigorous internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare in-depth financial analysis, management reports, and KPIs to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with department heads to manage operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee audit activities and ensure accurate financial documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, workflows, and data reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, or management accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, financial standards (PSAK), and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional business stakeholders.
