Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for various hospital departments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and government requirements.
- Support the finance team in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
