Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the regional office.
- Act as the primary liaison between local management and Japanese HQ for financial reporting and corporate governance.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews to ensure alignment with regional targets.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure strict compliance with local regulations and HQ policies.
- Drive cross-border initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders in Japan to streamline operations.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify risks, growth opportunities, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Prepare high-level management reports and presentations for executive board meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) to communicate effectively with Japanese HQ.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or management accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between different corporate cultures.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing high-performance teams.
