Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track operational and marketing expenditures against established budgets.
- Perform daily cost analysis to identify variances and proactively report potential overruns.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly cost control reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Implement and maintain rigorous cost-control policies and internal financial procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of expense claims and procurement processes to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecasting.
- Recommend cost-reduction strategies to improve the company's bottom line.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control, internal audit, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and budgeting software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the FMCG or E-commerce sector is a significant advantage.
