Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction across logistics operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with regional department heads.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly management accounts and P&L statements.
- Monitor operational expenditure and ensure strict adherence to financial policies and budgetary controls.
- Perform variance analysis on actual costs versus budget/forecasts, providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain robust costing models to support pricing strategies for logistics services.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and data reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst, cost accounting, or management accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
