Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire credit control function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and efficient collections.
- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments for new and existing clients to determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to identify potential bad debts, trends in customer behavior, and payment delays.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust credit policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk.
- Liaise closely with the sales team and external debtors to resolve payment disputes, facilitate settlements, and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and present monthly aging reports, credit summaries, and risk analyses to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5–8+ years of progressive experience in credit control, accounts receivable (AR) management, or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment principles, financial analysis, and cash management methodologies.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and advanced MS Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
