Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment approvals.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and general ledgers.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Oversee office supplies management and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and employee record management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Finance cum Admin role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • ACCA/CPA certification is a plus.
