Medicare Plus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management for our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), ensuring regulatory compliance, optimal financial planning, and robust risk management.

You will lead our financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

- Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the HMO
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans that support organizational sustainability and growth objectives
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect the organization's financial integrity
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and analysis for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Optimize treasury management and cash flow operations to maximize financial efficiency
- Foster strategic partnerships with banking institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental excellence and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong background in healthcare, insurance, or HMO financial operations is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, financial reporting standards, and risk management
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders
