As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the regional financial operations, ensuring fiscal health, and driving data-backed decision-making across our business units.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all regional finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support the company's regional growth objectives.
- Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Manage treasury functions, capital structure, and liquidity planning to optimize cash flow.
- Provide strategic analysis of financial performance to executive management, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and regulatory audits across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of regional regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial modeling tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
