As the Finance Director, you will act as a key business partner to the leadership team, overseeing core accounting functions, trade finance, and strategic fiscal planning. The successful candidate will navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage cash flow in volatile markets, and implement scalable financial systems to support the firm’s aggressive expansion goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all entities.
- Manage complex trade finance operations, including letters of credit, shipping documentation, and hedging analysis.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing actionable insights for investment decisions.
- Optimize cash management and treasury operations in alignment with commodity trading cycles.
- Oversee tax planning, regulatory reporting, and internal control frameworks.
- Partner with the commercial team to evaluate trade profitability and manage counterparty risk.
- Lead and mentor the finance department to build a high-performance, efficient team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the commodity trading industry.
- Deep understanding of trade finance instruments, commodity hedging, and derivative accounting (IFRS/US GAAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial data and market trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced trading environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
