Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Finance Director to provide leadership within the public sector. In this high-impact role, you will oversee large-scale financial operations, ensuring stringent governance, regulatory compliance, and fiscal health for government-linked initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a key financial advisor to senior leadership, shaping the budgetary framework and long-term financial strategy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for large-scale public sector projects.
- Ensure full compliance with government financial regulations, internal policies, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Provide expert financial analysis and insights to the board and executive committee to support critical decision-making processes.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including financial statements, audits, and cash flow management.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard organizational assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, government stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and timely reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to ensure departmental goals are met with excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive financial management experience, with a significant portion in the government or public sector.
- Strong expertise in government accounting standards, budgetary governance, and legislative compliance.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex budgets and cross-functional financial reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
