Tanggung Jawab
- Support Finance Manager in end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Singapore FRS and regulatory requirements
- Manage tax compliance including GST, corporate tax filings, and documentation
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining accurate financial records
- Oversee administrative duties for finance operations including vendor management and expense processing
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-3 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations (GST, Income Tax Act) and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-company financial operations
- Certifications (ACCA, CA, CPA) preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments with external stakeholders
