SPTel is currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic team on a 1-year contract basis. This is a pivotal role focused on supporting our critical SAP Migration project. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless transition of financial data and processes to our new ERP system.
As part of our finance department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity, assist in month-end closing activities, and generate accurate financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale system migration within a reputable telecommunications company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of the SAP Finance module migration, ensuring zero data loss.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Generate and analyze financial statements and variance reports.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure all financial documentation complies with internal controls and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and auditing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
