Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
- Support manufacturing operations by analyzing cost data and identifying efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of process automation financial models.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with process automation tools or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment.
