PERSOL is currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our business operations. You will be responsible for providing accurate reporting, supporting month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with the full spectrum of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions and ensure timely payment processing.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory regulations.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation, forecasting, and audit documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and a sharp eye for financial data accuracy.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month contract duration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
