Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting systems with accurate monthly/quarterly statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial risks through internal controls audits and process optimization
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare board reports and executive summaries for high-level decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience in a managerial role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Deep understanding of Singapore tax laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving operational efficiencies
