Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations and general ledger activities with high accuracy.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations, expense verifications, and fixed asset management.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business strategy, cost control, and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation for audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar Finance Executive or Finance Officer role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards in financial reporting.
