Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions with high accuracy.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain rigorous financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist in variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and statutory filings.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory contributions are managed in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CAT).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial or management accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and MS Office suite (specifically Excel).
- Deep understanding of accounting standards and local statutory regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards suitable for a trust fund environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
