Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and tax documentation in compliance with Malaysian regulations
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit and tax firms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills with ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Professional certification (ACCA, MICPA) is highly desirable
