As our Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and providing essential data insights to management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full set of accounts for the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records, including income and expenditure reports.
- Perform daily data entry and bank reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
