Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and ensure accurate monitoring of cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS.
- Handle tax filings (SST/GST) and ensure full compliance with local statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Prepare management reports and assist the Finance Manager with financial analysis and forecasting.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee inventory valuation processes.
- Streamline financial workflows to enhance operational accuracy and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to continuously improve financial processes.
