We are a leader in cleanroom solutions, and our finance department is the backbone of our operations.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee critical daily accounting functions, including comprehensive Accounts Payable (AP) management, General Ledger (GL) maintenance, and thorough bank reconciliation. You will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately, compliance requirements are met, and reports are generated promptly for management review. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accurate invoice recording and timely payments to vendors.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) duties, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and management accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and receipts.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Advanced Excel skills are essential).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
