- Manage daily cash flow and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
- Conduct accurate income auditing and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain customer account records and resolve billing inquiries efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or hospitality accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
