In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial health, ensuring accuracy in our books and providing insights to drive our business decisions. You will work closely with the management team to streamline processes, manage cash flow, and ensure full compliance with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the grocer.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Liaise with auditors and external parties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of local financial regulations and tax laws.
