Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate tax computations for the organization.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards to ensure data accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor project-related expenses and ensure adherence to the construction budget.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry.
- Certified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent understanding of Singapore tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
