As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our hotel operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily financial transactions, meticulous record-keeping, and supporting the management team with accurate financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with hotel policies.
  • Prepare timely month-end closing reports, financial statements, and management summaries.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and perform periodic variance analysis to control costs.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash disbursements and hotel receipts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to audit financial processes and improve internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal audit standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or professional qualification equivalent like ACCA/CIMA).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or hotel-specific PMS systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and procedural compliance.
