As a Finance Executive, you will be the backbone of our accounting department, handling everything from daily transaction processing to monthly reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems in compliance with regulations.
- Perform general ledger duties and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Finance Executive or Accounts Executive role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
