Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Support audits and maintain robust internal controls
- Lead financial system improvements and process automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in a corporate environment
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) advantageous
