Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.
- Oversee payment processing and ensure all transactions are authorized and documented.
- Perform comprehensive bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all financial data is recorded in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain accuracy in cost tracking and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA).
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance executive role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
