Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the complete record-to-report cycle for the organization
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Generate and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders and management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus
