Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all financial operations across multiple subsidiaries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to support business growth
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple entities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations
