Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with accurate analysis
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Support internal and external audits with comprehensive documentation
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business strategy
- Manage financial systems implementation and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience in multinational corporations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
