We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join the growing team at Trancy Logistics. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting functions. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and ensuring robust cash flow management.
As a Finance Executive, you will prepare vital financial reports, monitor operational costs, and maintain accurate financial records. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the budgeting process, managing audits, and overseeing asset control. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Conduct cost monitoring and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audits.
- Perform credit control activities to minimize bad debts and ensure credit limits are adhered to.
- Support asset management and inventory valuation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role in the logistics or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR, AP, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
