Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
- Perform general ledger functions and assist in month-end closing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Finance Executive role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards (MSS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
