Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Implement and optimize accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Monitor financial performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and deadline-driven mindset
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
