Join Ascent Family Holding Sdn Bhd as a Finance Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our financial operations forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage core accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with Malaysian regulations. You will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, general ledger reconciliations, and delivering comprehensive month-end financial reports that support strategic decision-making. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive management of tax compliance matters, including Sales and Service Tax (SST) obligations. As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate across departments to optimize financial processes and contribute to the company's growth trajectory in Iskandar Puteri.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries and transaction processing
- Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive month-end financial statements
- Oversee tax compliance activities including SST filings and corporate tax returns
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Liaise with external auditors during financial statement reviews
- Support internal controls implementation to mitigate financial risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
- Expertise in Sales and Service Tax (SST) compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
